Privacy Policy
Effective date: 8 May 2026
Infinity Games ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
This policy applies to all games published by Infinity Games, including Astro Miner.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play our games. However, our games may automatically collect limited technical and usage data:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings.
- Gameplay data: in-game events such as levels completed, items purchased, and session duration. This data is collected in aggregate to help us improve game balance and user experience.
- Advertising identifiers and ad data: when you consent to personalised advertising, our advertising partners may collect your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device model and OS version, in-app interactions, ad views, and ad clicks.
- Crash and performance data: technical logs that help us identify and fix bugs.
- Purchase data: if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a confirmation of purchase (product identifier and transaction status) but do not collect or store your payment details, billing address, or financial information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our games.
- Analyse gameplay patterns to improve game balance and design.
- Display advertisements within our games.
- Process and fulfil in-app purchases.
- Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Legitimate interest: to operate and improve our games, analyse gameplay patterns, and diagnose technical issues.
- Consent: to serve personalised advertisements and collect advertising identifiers. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Sections 4 and 5).
- Contract: to fulfil in-app purchases you have initiated.
4. Advertising and Consent
Our games display ads provided by Google AdMob and the ad partners listed in Google's Ad Technology Providers list. These partners may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve personalised ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a US state with applicable privacy laws, our games will request your consent before collecting data for personalised advertising. Consent is gathered using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), an IAB Transparency & Consent Framework v2.2-certified Consent Management Platform. Your choice is transmitted to advertising partners as a TC string.
You can change your consent choice at any time:
- In-game: open the in-game Privacy Settings menu to re-open the consent form. This is the canonical way to withdraw or update consent under TCF v2.2.
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. When first prompted, you may also choose "Ask App Not to Track".
If you do not consent or you opt out of personalised ads, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
5. Third-Party Services
Our games use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing the data it collects:
These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data as described in their respective privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
7. Data Retention
Gameplay analytics data is retained in aggregate form. We do not store data that directly identifies individual users. Third-party services retain data according to their own policies. If you request deletion of your data, we will action the request within 30 days.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through our games. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
